Hi ladies
I am wondering if I can pick your brains for a minute. I am EBF and still feel hungry most of the time. I snack often but mostly on carbs which might explain why I'm not really losing much weight... I am trying to figure out quick snacky proteins that will keep me fuller longer. I do eat almonds and zone perfect bars but I need to start mixing it up with other things.

Babybel cheese
graham crackers with pb or ritz bitz with pb
trail mix
and I second the hard boiled egg mentioned above. I usually put a little salt and pepper on them.
Tuna salad
Also milk is high in protien.
