How much did you Lo eat when he/she was 1 month. DS only gets breast milk but I pump. He's been eating every 3 hours with 3 ounces and today he's been eating 3 ounces every 2 hours which makes me think he's still hungry. I pump and he drinks from a bottle. He drinks the 3 ounces in 10 minutes. I don't want to over feed him but based off how he's trending I'm thinking of try 3.5 ounces.

Re: 1 month eating
I would say try 3.5oz and see how he does.. I honestly can't remember how much DS was drkinking, but I know it was way more than what other people's babies on the bump were drinking and I was panicking that I was over feeding him.. when I asked the Ped about it, she laughed at me and said FEED him if he's still hungry.. that I didn't have to worry about overfeeding, he'd spit it up if it was too much..
Also, keep in mind that around 1 month there's a growth spurt, so it could be that he'll just eat more for a few days, and then you'll find maybe he'll just go back to the 3oz..
Basically, from my experience.. I followed his cues.. if he wanted more, I fed him.. if he didn't take it, he didn't take it..

I agree with all of this.
It also sounds like he's eating extremely fast. You might want to think about a different bottle and/or nipple. My LC has us using the Dr. Brown's bottles with preemie nipples until DD is 6 months old. Not all nipples are equal (i.e. the preemie nipple of one brand may be a LOT faster than that of another brand), as there are no required standards. I suggest talking to an LC about it.
