I am supposed to go back to work this afternoon. They waited until 11 today to call and tell me I needed a note releasing me before I can work. I thought the note I gave them was all I needed. It did say I may return to work with no restrictions on December 20. WTH!!! Now I am frantically trying to get another note, and the dr office isn't the most cooperative. I don't know what to do.
