How to view my own posts?

I am looking for a post that I posted a few days back, and with this new format.. I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Help, please!? Thanks!

At the bottom of the Parenting page, next to topic filter, use the right drop down and choose Topics I've participated in and then click Apply temporarily.
