Anyone else in the same boat?
I didnt lose anything during the month i BF'd even though i cut back on how much i was eating. Then after i stopped, i cut back further (baked chicken and salad mostly), but still not a lb lost.
For those 2nd timers, did you find it easier to lose the lbs 6 months pp? I've been told it is easier then bc the pregnancy hormones start going away more at that time but wanted to check everyone's experience. Thanks!

I hadn't lost any weight since 1 week pp until this past week
when I counted WW points, then I lost 6 lbs. I EBF and was
pigging out like I did pregnant (gained 50 lbs), so I'm making
much healthier choices. I'm also working out hard at least
3 times a week. With DS1, I started running a lot, at least a
few miles at a time a few times a week and I finally started
losing. I really recommend increasing the exercise and
paying close attention to what you're eating and you will
definitely see a difference. I was miserable still carting the
weight around so now I'm really committing myself to get
it off. Some people just have to work harder for it to come
off

It sounds like eating only 1 meal a day might be the problem. Eating smaller, more frequent meals will boost your metabolism, while eating large and infrequent meals slows it down. Try adding a meal or two and see if that helps!
