why is my sig pic not changing

I've done this before, I know what I'm doing... And it's not changing. I tried about 2 weeks ago, it didn't work. Figured was just a glitch. Tonight, still not working. What gives? Anyone else?

Mine too. I kept hitting save and it worked.
