TTC after 35

Not feeling good about this month

I still have 2 days until AF is due, but I just don't feel positive (no pun intended) about this month.  Im trying hard to not test until after AF is due. I'm having some symptoms, but they could easily go either way.  I guess it's not over until its over, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Hope you guys are having a great week!

Re: Not feeling good about this month

  • Sorry you're not feeling optimistic; I hope you're wrong and you get a bfp.
  • Stay positive!  This might be your month!  You just never know, right?  Keeping my fingers crossed for you and all of us..  Big Smile

  • I know - I'm having trouble myself.  The phantom symptoms are driving me crazy!!!  I have them every month and every month I convince myself that they are different than the last but AF proves me wrong every time. I guess the idea of a BFP for Christmas is just too good for me to believe and I'm totally dreading the idea of waking up to AF on Christmas morning.
Me 39 & suspected PCOS, DH 42. Went off BCP when we got married in 11/11, seriously TTC since 3/12.  Six cycles of clomid = BFNs.  Suspected endometriosis & HSG showed both tubes blocked.  Sept 2013 IVF 5D transfer of two perfect embryos = BFN.  Started acupuncture and taking time off to drop some pounds & get healthier before FET in April 2014.

Although I am TRYING to remain optimistic, this is EXACTLY how I feel!

  • Probably TMI, but I keeping going to the bathroom to check and see if AF has arrived. I'm pretty sure she will today or tomorrow. I've been super crampy too, and wish it would just happen already so I can move on.  But then....I start remembering how it was with my DS. I was convinced I was going to get AF and I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes, and nothing.  The difference is that I was working then, so I had things to keep my mind occupied. Now I am a SAHM, so,I have a little more time to obsess!
