I've gotten a little frustrated with my child and her habit of throwing food and her cup on the ground. I've tried not to give her attention, I've told her no, and I continue to keep the dogs out of the room .regardless of what I feed her, how much I give her, how much or little she's eaten, she throws some of it each feeding. Any suggestions?

Re: Food thrower
Ooh, helping me would be a good idea. I am hoping she grows out of it soon. I get the side eye because of it.
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one here. My friend had kind of made me feel bad, like I allowed my child to be a messy child throwing food on the floor. She also finds it necessary to 'clean' her area by swiping her arms back and forth. As if she hadn't made a bug enough mess.
This! E does the same thing. She'll even tell you she's done. Then you get her down and she starts eating again.
Same here, it's like food on the floor makes it extra delicious. Argh, I hate that pendulum arm sweep, along with hucking his sippy of milk super hard, milk gets everywhere.
This is my child also. *sigh*

This is exactly what L does. She starts feeding her food to the dog when she's full. I tell her "No, that's for L, you eat it" .. but she hasn't quite grasped that concept yet haha.
Trying to have her help clean it up is like trying to wrestle that greased up naked deaf guy from Family Guy lol.
This is what Gator does. She is always done eating when she does it. Drives me nuts. She doesn't care to just drop it because she is in a Space Saver highchair and its sitting on the floor. She doesn't have the fun experience of seeing it drop far and hearing it fall. So she gave up just dropping stuff. The sweeping across the tray though, we are still working on that.
