WTF Zulily?!

I ordered something last week and was charged. Now I'm being charged again, today. WTF?! I've never had a problem with it before and I hope they get this resolved!

By any chance, was it more than 3 business days ago? Frequently banks will hold funds up to 3 days, and if the merchant doesn't process the transaction, the hold will fall off, and then the charge will show up again once the merchant truly processes the transaction.

That's exactly what happened. I emailed them after I received the text saying my card was charged. On the 16th they released that charge and charged again today. Apparently it happens. Dumbasses.

I like them. I've only ever bought kid's stuff from them like puzzles, books, stuffed animals. Don't ever purchase something that you need in less than a month though. They do bulk shipping to the US, so they wait until a certain date, collect all US orders then ship out.

Yes! I ordered something on Saturday and it shipped the same day. Way awesome. I've ordered a few things.
