I got a Christmas Wish!

So I was asked below what I wanted for Christmas, and I said a haircut.  So I thought, hey I can make that happen if I really wanted to.  I arranged for my mom to come visit and called up my salon to make an appointment. Here's how that call went:

Woman: Hello?

Me: Hi! I would like to make an appointment for today if you have space.

Woman: For what?

Me: A haircut...

Woman: Oh. We're a nail salon now. We have been for a year.

Me: Ok then.

So I did find a new place and got a haircut. I just thought it was funny that that's how out of touch I was with my grooming.

Haha, it's probably been at least 6 months since my last cut, maybe closer to a year... I should probably do something about that! You've inspired me!

Ha! Glad you got your hair done! I got mine done today and it might be too dark. It is pretty much black. I am interested to see how DH reacts tonight lol

That is so funny! You need to post pics of your new cut! A haircut is on my wish list, too...it was on my "to do before DD is born" list, too, but that never happened, lol.

Haha that just made me chuckle out loud!  I actually made myself a hair apt yesterday too after I noticed that my hair was getting "crunchy".  Isn't it funny how if it was your kid you'd make that apt right away...but because it's for us we put it off for ever!
