MaterniT 21 Test

I recently had some blood tests done that show I might have a higher probability of having a baby with down syndrome.  I am going to take the MaterniT21 test.  It can detect fetal DNA in the mother's blood.  I was just curious if any of you have taken the MaterniT 21 test.  If so, was it accurate?  Also, if you didn't take that exact test, then how did you find out your child had downs syndrome?

I had CVS testing done at 10 weeks because my son has a genetic condition.  We also did the chromosome testing at that time.

I had an amnio at 18 weeks. The MaterntiT21 test wasn't available then. I'll donit next time if there's any suspicion though! I would've loved a noninvasive way to have a definitive diagnosis.
