I was wondering if anyone has found that your bedding can affect your bbt? i have tried taking my temperature some in the past but i'm about to try to get very serious about it. i sleep under a sheet, spread and comforter. Sometimes in the morning I wake up sweaty all over. So i'm wondering if this might somehow cause an elevated BBT? Any experience with this or advice? Thanks.

This. I go to bed loaded with blankets, and if it stays warm outside at night the house warms up and sometimes I wake up drenched in sweat, but my temp can still be low. Sometimes I wake up cold and my temp can still be higher. Doesn't seem to matter what happens with my sleeping arrangements.
