What's on your menu the week before the Christmas holiday?

This is kind of a crazy week for us as we prep for this weekend and next week which includes 6 different Christmas celebrations.

M: Leftovers from the weekend

Tu: Out to dinner while running errands

W: BBQ pork sandwiches, coleslaw, spicy Mexican corn

Th: I'm babysitting so DH will have leftovers or order something.

F: Beer can chicken on the grill, potatoes, roasted broccoli, salad

Sa: Chicken soup, grilled cheese, salad

Su: This is our Christmas with my dad...we're having Chicken Chesapeake with various sides.

M: leftover chicken enchiladas

T: pork chops for me and fish for DH and LO with wild rice and butternut squash

W: pumpkin pancakes and bacon, maybe some eggs

Th: anything we can scavenge- we will be leaving at 8:30pm to drive 12 hours to Alabama

T: pasta with meatballs
W: rotisserie chicken with crusty bread
T: chicken Caesar salad
F: grilled cheese

W: Corn Chowder

Th: Black Bean Tacos

F: Cavatappi with Cannellini and sun dried tomatoes

Sa-Su: Dinner at the inlaws

tomorrow: veggie quesadillas

wednesday: turkey meatballs and spaghetti

thursday: chicken with beans and mashed potatoes
