Congested baby

LO is sick with his 2nd cold ): He's miserable and making me miserable too all because he can't breath! He has nasal drops but the boogies aren't the problem I saw they had infant's cough syrup drops, do they have anything that would help his congestion?

for congestion, we incline the mattress, use a humidifier, and sit in a steamed bathroom.

When DD and DS are congested we do the saline drops with a sucker. We do steam in the bathroom and a humidifier with eucalyptus oil in it . I also put baby rub on the bottom of their feet with socks and on their chest.
