Doc said to breastfeed on take off and landing and use a lot of hand sanitizer. Any other tips from experienced mammas?

  • I flew with DS two days ago by myself. Pacifier during takeoff, nursed during landing. Bring diapers, wipes and a change of clothes. Request an empty seat beside you if possible. London slept most of the way because he likes loud noises to lull him to sleep but if your LO doesn't I would sit by the aisle so you can get up and walk w/o disturbing others. You can gate check your car seat and stroller which is nice. They'll have them waiting for you at the plane door when you land. Or, and preboard early so you can take your time getting settled! GL!

  • Thanks ladies. I'll let you know how it goes.
