Childbirth classes??

Hello!  I live  downtown Denver  and am looking for a free or rather cheap childbirth class. I am new to colorado and I am having a hard time finding Anthing in our price range. Also any prenatal yoga classes or programs involving my partner would be amazing. Thank you!!

    Rose Medical Center has couple's classes for $85. I believe Corepower Yoga in hthe Highlands has prenatal yoga classes, but I don't believe the Corepower on 13th and Grant offers them. I hope that helps!

    You can do the childbirth classes at the hospital you're going to deliver at.  They typically include a tour of the maternity ward and after care.  Mine cost around $85 as well at PSL.
