Upper back and left side

At night is killing me. Feels like its my rib cage, literally feels sore to touch. I've tried a zillion positions, have a boppy maternity pillow. Anyone else have this and figure out how to get comfortable?

I have been having an insane amount of rib pain on both sides. I lather up across my ribs with Ben Gay right before I go to bed and it helps a lot to get me through the night. Buy the Ben Gay with the massager applicator so you don't get the stuff all over your hands. I also find that wearing a 4 inch ace bandage around my rib cage helps for some relief during the day.  Of course, you can also try to take tylenol but I don't find that it does much.  Hang in there!!

My ribs were extremely sore around 22-25 weeks but it is so much better now. Your ribs will adjust to your expanding uterus so that might be what you are feeling.

This! Mine went away after a few weeks but it was extremely painful at the time. I hope yours goes away soon!

My ribs have been really sore. Throw in a cough I can't get rid of and it's been a lot of fun. This morning while coughing I heard and felt a loud pop, leaving me in tears and moving rather slowly. It's really painful now. The same thing happened on my left side 2 weeks ago (but that side thankfully feels ok now).

Be careful with the Bengay. I would check with your OB. It contains asprin and my OB said no to the Bengay. You can get Biofreeze at massage, chiro offices, which is even better than Bengay and is safe for pregnancy.

I found a warm bath and heat pad on my back to help with some discomforts. I have slept propped up when I was dealing with rib pain.

Tx ladies, had massage today. She thinks my neck had knot which radiated to back. Now neck is killing me...
