    Happy Birthday! This may not feel like a celebratory day today, I can see, but maybe do something special for your kids for your bday instead. Like ice cream for dinner or something.

    Happy birthday! Today is also my deceased grandma's bday. I usually spend the day reflected on how amazing she was, kinda hard to do that today. 

    Silver lining? You share a birthday with a truly beautiful woman.

    Thanks everybody!

    Definitely going to do some hard snuggling this weekend.  I'm taking DS shopping tomorrow to get DD some "pincess" dress up for Christmas.

    Happy Birthday!

    I know a baby who was born today. Just in the past couple of hours. While many mourn today, it is ok to celebrate that which is joyous!!

    I am relieved today is someone's birthday, because I'll take any happy news!  I was so glad to send well wishes to my FB friends with birthdays, and I'll happily virtually ::clink:: to you and wish you well in your new year!

    The Colorado shooting was my bday, July 20th... I don't care for birthday celebrations in general but I also prefer a nongrieving birthday as well.

    A former boss of mine's birthday was today too.  She was killed in a car accident two years ago and was the most fantastic lady.  She left behind a son with an especially nasty form of muscular dystrophy.
