Intro

Hey girls

Im kinda floating between IF and TTTC. 

But I figured I should intro here as well :) 

Me and my husband have been married for 1 1/2 years and been trying for 1 year and 1 month.. but who is counting? haha 

We have been diagnost with severe Male factor IF. Hubby has no sperm and non to be found :(. 

We have moved along from the inital shock and sadness and started a dIUI this cycle through the doner banks. 

We chose an open doner as it is going to be law in canada to only be able to use open doners. So are RE advised us to just go ahead and only pick an open doner. 

 

Our first dIUI was on Dec 5 and I am currently in 2ww with my beta on Dec 20th

Trying to Conceive since Aug 2011
Diagnosed with severe male factor IF we got no swimmers
First dIUI Dec 7 2012 = BFN
Second dIUI Jan 9 2013 = BFN
Third dIUI with clomid 50mg Feb 5 2013
Forth dIUI with clomid 100mg dIUI Early March

    TTC #1** Went off BCP July 2011

    Jan 2012 Dx PCOS by OB/Gyn


    July 2012 - Tests with RE confirmed PCOS and annovulation

    2 rounds of clomid, 5 IUI's using clomid + injectibles. 

    Surprise BFP while on break cycle due to cysts.  It's a girl! Baby "E" born on Thanksgiving Day 11/28/13

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    TTC #1 Since 7/2011

    Me: 30, PCOS with anovulation
    DH: 38, Low Morph & DE
    Rx: Metformin 500mg

    Cycle #1: Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #2: Clomid 150mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #3: Clomid 150mg + Follistim + Ovidrel = No response, Canceled

    Cycle #4: Femara 7.5mg + Gonal-f + Ovidrel + IUI = BFP!!!!
