I freaking love minivans. I think all the haters have never driven one. Best.thing.ever for carting kids around! Seriously, anything that has automatic sliding doors and a dvd player is amazeballs in my book. I would marry mine if I could.
I let my boys watch LO while I was making dinner. They are 8 and 9. When I left the living room she was cuddled up to DS1 on the couch. When I came back after 15 minutes, she was in the RNP parked about a foot away from the TV watching Storage Wars, nobody around.
I am so sick today. I really should have DH come home to help out, and if it was any day other than Friday, I probably would. I just don't think I can put up with him all weekend AND all day today.

I totally agree! We call ours the loser cruiser, but, hey, practicality wins over coolness in my book.

Me too! But now with 4 kids its a little cramped for traveling. We have looked at suburbans, but I secretly want a larger passenger van like 12 passenger for cargo space. I found one with 4 captains chairs and an entertainment center in the back. DH would die if it was in the driveway.
DS1 is starting with the runny nose again and is acting like he's not feeling well, DS2 is spitting up curdled milk on everything, and my neck is out to the point where I can't turn my head to the left. Must have been the zumba class I tried last night- is this what I get for working out?!? I just want to throw both kids in their rooms and crawl under a blanket with a 24 oz. hot cocoa and sleep or watch movies. This is more of a whine since I won't actually do that.... well, at least not with DS2, but when it's nap time for DS1, it's fair game. Minus the hot cocoa since I'm counting WW points
Being a SAHM is going make me super fat..... I have made cookies twice this week and eaten almost all of them myself... Maybe I can think about losing the baby weight after the new years.. I love Christmas cookies.
I really want to pretend to be sick to get out of going to BIL Christmas party this weekend..it wouldn't be so bad if I could drink but we are picking up DH's car while we are there so I will have to drive home. Boo.
When my baby is crying usually my first thought is "how can I get you to shut the hell up so my ears will stop ringing and I can go back to sleeping, eating or watching tv?," rather than "oh, poor baby, what can I do to make you feel better? Is something wrong?" This definitely makes me an awful, selfish parent.

My mom saved the playpen I used when I was little. Jacob will nap in it during the day. It might not meet today's safety standards but it is awesomely huge (40 inches by 40 inches) and keeps him off the floor and away from the dog.

I'm out running errands and I dropped Kris off at the UPS Store before driving around the parking lot because Kaley likes to keep moving. She started to cry and I turned up the radio she likes music and Fcck Tha Police by NWA was on and she stopped crying immediately.
Due to weather, I havent left the house since Wednesday. Since I'm taking care of the girl child, I haven't had tume to shower since then. The worst part? I honest to goodness cannot remember if I brushed my teeth yesterday.
ETA: My two and a half month old loves watching Star Wars. I am more proud of her taste in movies than ashamed that she watches TV.

Jace spit up on himself and Damien in the MOTN last night. I didn't change or wipe down either of them. We all went back to sleep.
I don't know if this is truly flame-worthy, but my aunt yells at me for doing this- I leave one of them in the car while I bring the other in the house.
I let Damien sleep on his stomach in the pnp two nights ago.
I ate a slice of pizza today, even though my boys are both irritated by dairy.
I told my mom that we were going out somewhere today so she couldn't come over. Just because I can't stand being around her. Ever.
It seems that I am being quite the selfish mama the past couple days. Woops.

My kid LOVES glee. We were watching the two newest episodes this morning and shes kicking her legs and smiling and watching with fascination like its the greatest thing ever. DH is going to be THRILLED (he hates glee)
Also if shes cranky and I need a minute for the past week I have been turning on those Prep and Landing christmas specials - shes a fan and so am I.
I gotta get outta that habit before she gets too big.

Lol loser cruiser! I will have to tell DH that...he wasn't as keen on getting a mini as I was. I was so freaking excited. My dorkiness knows no bounds, lol.

I had a dream about Rachelmichelle last night.
Oh and DH flew to Phoenix last night and I let our dog Roxy sleep in the bed with me even though she isn't allowed.
Also my first two statements are in no way correlated with each other! Ha
I didn't change it.
I made rachelmichelle1 my bitch.

I ate candy and cookies ALL day at work today. No exaggeration. ALL day. Probably took in 3000 calories.
I put my kid in the swing way too often. I feel guilty letting it rock him to sleep so often. It's sort of like a nanny.
Agreed. No flames here.
Mine... LO sleeps on his stomach. DD did too when she rolled herself over at 6 weeks.
Eta...Ive got another one. Im procrastinating transitioning N to the crib because she sleeps so well in pnp napper and Im afraid to lose sleep
