Meds after vaccines?

DD got her vaccines today and she's been doing good so far, just sleeping a lot and a tad fussy...she doesn't have a fever so I didn't give her Tylenol but am now wondering if she' might be sore.  DS always complains that he's sore afterwards....

I gave LO Tylenol just before her appt. then just before she went to bed. She wasn't super fussy, and didn't have a fever, but like to ward off evil spirits :

This is exactly what I did today.

I didn't give her any meds before b/c at her last appt I was told she was too small for meds and wasn't sure yesterday if she was good or not.   She seems fine, but while I thought she was eating normally she's clearly not b/c I had to pump before bed last night and got six oz (something that never happens!) and normally I can only pump in the morning.  I need to pump again too after her morning feeding which is weird and am concerned by how much I'm going to get! Hopefully she will pick back up soon!
