Non PAL: Help needed with siggy and attaching pics

Sorry for this lame post, but I am stumped. 

1. I switched my signature in my profile but it is not showing up when I post. Thoughts? How do you switch sigs?

2. I want to post pcs of my DD but am having a hard time doing it. I am using an iPad and want to attach pictures I took with the iPad.

    I can only help you with #1.  The Bump is having problems right now updating siggys.  The ladies on my BMB have been talking about it for almost a week.  Some of them have been able to get a new siggy to "take" by hitting refresh after saving the signature but it hasn't worked for me.
