hcg cycle #1... BD related

i will be doing my 1st inj next week and my doc suggested we do TI for this first cycle and if it doesnt work, we do IUI next cycle.  my question is since we will be BDing 24,32, & 38 hrs after inj, how long should DH hold out?  I know for SA he had to wait 2-5 days w/o release, but how long is too long and how short/soon is too soon?  in other words keep the old swimmers out yet make sure his count is optimal.

Cycle #1 on 50 mg Clomid 12/2012 - unsucessful
Cycle #2 on 75 mg Clomid + Trigger 01/2013 - unsucessful
Cycle #3 on 600 mg Vitex + acupuncture 02/2013

    We are doing the same thing this cycle and my RE said we can have sex as much as we want.  My DH's SA showed slightly low motility, but I guess not enough to change how often we have sex.

    We are doing TI this cycle too and I actually asked my RE this exact question and he said just to have DH abstain the day before I trigger and that should be good.
