Home Nanny help - inside 610

Hello! I live inside the loop and I'm looking for at home care for my baby. I am due Feb 2013, and will want her to start right away.

 I want someone that can watch her from 7am-5pm when we are at work. I would prefer someone that speaks some spanish (english is not absolutely necessary). But I want someone with recommendations, or experience. My mom will also be in town to help, but I know she could use the help with cleaning and laundry if my mom is with the baby.
