Hello all! My DH's company Christmas party is on Friday and I'm on the planning committee. I was just informed that one of the children attending is gluten/dairy/soy free. I'd like to make him a batch of cookies, so he can eat as well. I am knowledgeable about FA and am aware of the cross-contamination risks. Does anyone have a recipe for a holiday-type cookie that fits his parameter? I do have the GF Bob's Red Mill AP flour, which seems to fit. Thank you!
Re: Soy/gluten/dairy free cookie recipe?
I am sure there are a bunch you can adapt using soy free butter, and gf flour but one I am planning on making this friday as well for a cookie bake is a cinnamon roll cookie.

(sorry on mac, not clicky)
I also love snicker doodles which would be easy to adapt
