Waking at night

Cooper has been STTN pretty regularly for the past couple months. All of a sudden, the last 2 nights he has been waking up twice and will not go back to sleep until he has a bottle. He already has his 9 mon growth spurt... He had an ear infection the last couple weeks and his intake was low but I know hes not "making up for it". No more teeth coming in that I can see. He already has 8. Im considering trying to up his daytime bottles but he usually refuses anymore than 4oz at a time except at bedtime which he takes 7. Any other ideas?

My daughter is this way when her teeth are about to come in. The past two nights, she's had me up twice for a bottle, and I just noticed a top tooth trying to pop through. Are you absolutely sure its not a tooth popping through somewhere?
