What an Awesome Day!!! (Elfster PIP included)--long

Today might go down as one of the all time awesomest days of my life. (And, yes, I did just say awesomest.)

1. I got an email this morning saying I was "successful" in passing my Irish dancing teaching certification (called a TCRG)! It's a rigorous five part exam that includes a written exam (like college short answer), a music identification exam, a dancing portion, and two teaching portions (solo and teams). It was hard! I am over the moon that I passed!

2. Then I took back my vacuum to Costco and they gave me a full refund (it's three years old) and I bought a Dyson. I've never been so excited to vacuum.

3. Then the mail came and I got an awesome Elfster gift from Happy Aardvark! After all the whining about how my wrapping sucked, I opened the box to find this beautiful package.

There's a festive kitchen towel, a wine topper, and wine charms! I LOVE it!

4. Then E and I had a playdate with our best buds.

Now I am finishing up a bottle of wine we started at dinner and bumping.

The only thing that could make this better was if DH was here to celebrate with me, but alas, he is out of town. Oh well, more wine for me!

And for those of you who read all the way through that--This is for you! Yum and yum.

What a great gift! The snowman wine topper is so cute. Congratulations on passing your exam, who knew that to teach Irish step dancing you needed to go through so much? (Sorry, I just noticed you wrote Irish dancing.. is that the same thing?)

The picture of E and her friend is adorable, looks like they had a fun time!

Oh, and I appreciate the cupcake, seeing that I can't have wine at the moment lol :-)
