Is someone messing with us?

I couldn't see it on my phone all day, but I'm now on my computer.  Things are bolded and the dialog box has those annoying scroll ruler bar things on the bottom and side.  I'm weirded out.  Is the world going to end?  I just watched Saving Hope.

I don't know why it's like that. Bump glitch I suppose but it's like that on every board I think and has been since the middle of the afternoon or so.
