Hey ladies, isn't tomorrow supposed to be the end of the world? It is for me, don't know about your time zone. So what are your Tuesday plans, seeing as how it's your last day on earth? I'm observing my new class and L is going to day care for the morning. It's usually MH's day off but even he has to work this week. Do we know how to live it up or what?

ETA No, wait, those are my WEDNESDAY plans. Which means neither of us will be working because we'll be stardust. Woohoo!

Now, isn't the 21st supposed to be the end of the world? Anyways, if it is tomorrow.....I am alone with both kids and have been since Sunday evening. So my plan was surviving. But if we'll all be stardust....I may just have a beer instead of trying to chase after Alastair and let it all happen....

I find it hilarious that where you are it's today but here its the 21st! Just goes to show you how preposterous this whole thing is.

Unfortunately, the date of the end of the world was calculated before leap year was introduced. So it should have already ended.

BUT, it is more fun to play along, so I'm going to ignore the pile of work on my desk and drink an extra calorie filled coffee.

Best of luck to all of you in your quest for survival. Wasn't there a thread/video at one point detailing how you can filter your urine for drinking? Maybe we should re-post and study up  :P

I laugh at the thought of this too. I read this awhile ago. It's like Y2K all over again, good thing we were able to survive that!
