Pillows part 2

Since Clineak reminded me.

My pillows suck. I think LO will be getting mom and dad new pillows this year to help with our sleep since he's been so kind to disrupt it so many times this year.

Where is your favorite place to buy pillows? How much do you usually spend per pillow?

Re: Pillows part 2

  • I have this amazing pillow that my grandma bought me (I think she said it was from Bon-Ton). It was expensive, but it is amazing. I wish I knew the brand, but I do not. It doesn't really say on the pillow either, I checked.
  • Ooh! We got great pillows at Costco. They are memory foam, and one side has this cooling gel pad so that you don't get too hot.

Thanks for checking. I was just searching amazon last night and I hate the cost of pillows. But my flimsy stupid pillows definitely need replacing.

  • We have 6 pillows between DH and I.  I use two and he uses the other 4!!!!!  His are all from Ikea.  He actually loves his Ikea pillows and I have to agree, they are not too bad.  I stole mine from hotels actually.  I used to travel, pre-LO, a lot and if I found a great pillow at a hotel I would keep it.  I found my two awesome pillows that way.  I have no idea how I would actually shop for a pillow without testing it first.

  • Target has some nice ones. Costco always has awesome products! So jealous, for the 174637275 time.

  • Umm Walmart typically, and I buy the mid-range pillows. Maybe they are like $10 or $15 each? I have one memory foam pillow that was like $80 though. I sleep with it UNDER a Walmart pillow. It's hard as a rock, and not all it's cracked up to be.

The cheapies are always the most comfortable to me.

  • I tend to buy cheap pillows ($10?) and replace them as needed.
