Help me fix my computer! Quick!

Every time I hit enter all my computer does is open up a window to change my power saver options.  I can't comment on anything on FB.  Help.  I am computer stupid.

    but H and I are like the only ones to see that show. 

    Lol I love that show. But I think it is because I work in IT lol.

    For next time, you shouldn't have to reboot. Check for another window to be open in the background I can't remember what window it is, but it's a sort of control panel little window. Zoe opens it all the time and then every time I hit enter, it brings up the same thing. I'm not even sure how she opens it. Kids and electronics are a mystery!
