Do you have anything dangling from your rear view mirror? Does it ever distract you?

I had rosary beads there for the longest time, but H whacked them one day (by accident, not because he's a heathen) and they broke Now I have a small locket with a picture of my grandfather. 

No it doesn't really distract me, but I do intentionally look at it sometimes, because it's nice to see his smiling face.

I was thinking about this because I was sitting at a red light, and a car pulled up on my right side. The lady had a HUGE pair of sunglasses hanging on her rearview mirror, and they almost hit her in the face!

Nothin from the rearview mirror. But I do have a hula dancing monkey from Ron Jon's on my dash LOL It doesn't distract me at all. It does make me smile when I look at it though because it's from our honeymoon in Cocoa Beach.

Yep, I have a lei and a flip flop that both lost their scentedness a long time ago, but I think they are cute so I left them there. They do not distract me at all.

Nothing, and I'm kinda shocked so many people do have things. None of my friends or family have anything hanging.

Ugh, I have a huge parking tag for working hanging from my rear view mirror.  I hate the thing.  I have no idea why it has to be so big.  It is almost half the size of those handicapped tags.  It drives me nuts.  Mostly because it reminds me of our work enforced parking zones that are a$$hat backwards...

In the new car, nothing. I'm still getting used to driving it and it might distract me. 

My previous car had a glass star, a plastic batman, and skull and crossbones air freshener that is so old it had lost three of the bones.

Nothing. I got a ticket once for a Yankee Candle air freshener from some a$$hat cop. Is it only in Massachusetts that it is illegal?

In my first car when I was 16, I had a ton of stuff. Cute air fresheners, and other random dangley things that I found appropriate.

Then that car was stolen and I lost all of my precious danglies.

Since then, I just have an air freshener. 1

No, I think it is everywhere, but only a real tool would actually enforce it.
