Married the love of my life 7/11/09 - Our first baby, Peyton Mark, was born sleeping 10/25/11 at 33 weeks - Our second baby, BFP 2/4/12, welcome to the world Raylan! Holy Moly, BPF 2/4/14, please be safe and sound little one!
When I went to the dr. To have my boob drained last week I was down 3 lbs from the last visit, not as much as I hoped, but still a accomplishment. Oh! I also have another pair of regular jeans on right now...I just have to wear a baggy top to hide the muffin top.
i try to hit the gym over the weekends, but this last weekend I had too much to do for the holidays so instead I just got a pretty short walk yesterday.
I am still 14 lbs from my pp weight and 19 from my goal...at least those are both under 20 now!
Since I stopped pumping/BFing I'm free to seriously cut calories....no diet or anything, just being very aware of eating super healthy. Last night I made a delicious kale, sweet potato and veggie sausage soup... Mmm. I'm also trying to stick to my 1 long stroller walk per day, I think I'm at about 5 per week. I'm sure with the holidays coming up I will miss a few more gym weekends.

Accomplishments: Nothing! Ugh, this week was rough diet wise. I did successfully host our annual Christmas party this weekend, though. I got all of my baking and cooking done in time. It was definitely a challenge trying to do everything and take care of DD at the same time!
Setbacks: there are Christmas cookies in the house and I feel the need to eat all of them. The holidays are such a bad time of year for my will power!
11lbs still to go. I didn't lose anything last week, but with all the cookies I ate I didn't gain any back either. I need to find a healthier alternative to satisfy my sweet tooth. I also need to start watching my portions.

My BFP Charts This time I'm not leaving without you.
This is my first time joining this post. During my pregnancy I had managed to only gain 18 lbs, in which by my 2 week appointment I had lost 20 lbs. I'm doing good based off pregnancy weight. I was pregnant right before this successful pregnancy and even though I found out I miscarried at 7 weeks I had gained 10 lbs and I started a new job which added another 10 lbs. I have a goal to loose an additional 28 lbs from my weight now.
Since I have not been given the ok to work out, I am on the breast feeding diet. I make wise decisions on the foods I eat. My guilty pleasure has been Haribo twin cherry gummies. I drink lots of water and try to watch what I eat during my meals, 1 to make sure I'm getting healthy foods so DS has healthy nutrients 2 not to over indulge.
Once I'm given the ok I look forward to going to the gym and starting cycling classes again.

This past week and a half has been great since I started my diet. It willBe 2 weeks this thur that I started the Special K challenge and I lost 6lbs so far!! I did this when I lost 30lbs 2 yrs ago before we got married. I have lost about 25lbs since Hannah's birth but I still want to lose another 40lbs yetgained back 10 after we got married then 10 after the m/c and about 50 during my pregnancy. I'm not working out yet, can't find the time or energy after working all day and wanting to spend all my free time with H but I have been eating great!!! Here's to me keeping it up!! Lol

Down about 1/2 lb, but not in a healthy way; DD and DH have been quite sick so I haven't been making actual food, just grabbing something fast when I can. I think that qualifies as a setback also - not much nutritional value going on here.
I pushed my goal weight down a bit to a round number, so still at 25.8 lbs to go. I'm below pre-pregnancy, but there's a lot left that I can't blame on DS.
What am I doing? Well, not eating well, not exercising, not sleeping...so nothing! I'm entertaining fond hopes of getting 20 minutes to bust out a pilates DVD someday.

I finally have had the scale moving in the right direct for the last few weeks in a row. I've lost a little over 10 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm below my pre-preg weight now, but was overweight to begin with, so I still have 38 lbs to go to my real goal. But I only have 6 more to hit my mini goal of my wedding weight! Maybe I can do it by New Years day.
I've been better about exercise. I set the goal of twice per week, I know it isn't much but you have to start somewhere right?
