DD, who is 7 months, has been going through major separation anxiety! DS never experienced it nearly this badly and I'm just looking to hear about the light at the end of the tunnel! It's to the point where if I step out of her vision for more than 15 seconds she is screaming bloody murder!! This just started within the last couple of weeks. I know it's developmentally normal at this age, but that doesn't stop me from despising this stage!! Lol
Eta: I should mention that she is fine being alone with dh or my parents but anyone else she flips out!
Eta again: I do peek a boo games with her, both traditional and when I leave a room I pop back in to show her that I'm not gone for good. I also try talking to her when from the other room to help her understand i still exist! None of it makes a difference and she goes to complete meltdown mode. Any other tricks I can try?
