Portacrib selection

We are looking to get a portacrib for our new boy.  I came across this graco pack and play used one on the web.  Does anyone have experience with this model?  Is it a good quality and is it worth $100?  The one I found is here https://tradesnsales.com/graco-pack-n-play

If not - what model would you suggest?

Re: Portacrib selection

  • Personally I think they are all the same, I don't think you need all the attachments and I wouldn't buy it used for 100. I got the simplest one and it was 70ish new.

Eta sorry about my huge soggy, I can never remember what size to use and then it wouldn't let me save my edited profile. I gave up after 15 attempts. I'll try again tomorrow.

  • What are you going to use it for? Are you going to use it mostly at home? Are you going to be traveling a lot with it?

If you will be using it mostly at home, and occasionally taking it on the go I would get a PNP. You can definitely get a nice new PNP for the same price.. I would not buy a used one for that price.

If you will be traveling a lot with it, I would consider a go-crib. They are so much lighter and easier to travel with. However, they are quite pricey.

I am guessing you are probably looking for a PNP.

  • My wife wants a crib we can fold up and take with us when we go places, but also to be able to use it in the family room.  I would rather not purchase 2 units.  It looks like they just dropped the price to $75.  I am assuming the $100 was a little rich :)

It looks like that unit comes with a lot of extras.  Has anyone every used the music players on their portacribs?
