Hi Ladies,I'm new to the bump in general, and not quite sure where to post this. I have been spending most of my time at TTTC. DH and I have been ttc for over a year and a half and had our first IUI this morning. The RE said his sperm count was considered low today, it was 14 million and motility was good, but she didn't really say how that affects our chance of success. I'm wondering if any of you have insight to share about this. Any BFP stories with low sperm count would be great to hear as well! Thanks for any input!

Re: IUI with Low Sperm Count Success?
So, was it 14 million pre or post-wash? If you look at literature, post-wash counts of 10 million + have the best success rates, and there's very little difference in success rates if you have 10 million or 100 million. 10 million seems to be the threshold for best success rates. So if it was post-wash, I think you are in a good spot.

Due 8/26/19!
Thanks for the response! I'm going to guess that it was post-wash because I think she said it was what was in the tube that I checked and his SA was over 100 million. I'm happy to hear that over 10 million has good success rates.

Post wash for our successful IUI was 7.2 million with 90% moltility and I only had 1 mature follicle.
Good Luck!
