So I mentioned to Spouse last night that we need to invest in some cloth napkins instead of using regular napkins/paper towels, but I have no idea where to buy them or how much they should typically cost. We are saving up for our first (due in May) and I don't want to spend a lot on them. I found a dozen for $6.99 on amazon with free shipping (if I spent the $25 minimum of course). Is that a decent price? What kind of fabric is best? Size? They have a million and I don't even know where to start. I don't need anything fancy but machine washable would be nice. Figured you guys might have some ideas for me. TIA!
Re: Cloth Napkins?
I've got 22 birdseye cotton ones that work well. Bought them from SweetSlings on Etsy. They were $1 each.
We haven't bothered buying paper towels since though...so even though it's like $5 / month on paper towels, they've paid for themselves...

I'm sure you could order them online if you don't have a store nearby.
