Are you only looking in Wilmington? How far are you looking to travel?
There are Goddard schools around, the prices vary from school to school, so I am not sure exactly how much each charges for infant care.
It doesn't have to be in Wilmington. Newark or New Castle or anywhere close by might work. I know about the Goddard schools, but I have heard they can get up to 1,300 for infant care. We would want to keep it under 1,000 I think.
I was hoping some people might be able to provide information on some of the smaller daycares. It's easy to check out some of the chains like Kindercare and Goddard, but I am much less familiar with the church daycares and other small ones.
ok..I am not familiar with to many smaller day cares. I think there are ones called Little Stars? Or on the Kirkwood hwy one called FunSteps I believe. Not sure what ages they have at those places, but it might be worth looking into!
Oh, there is a church on Old Capital Trail that I think has a day care too..can't think of the name off the top of my head!
If I think of any others I will let you know!

My nephews have been going to FunSteps since they were infants. They're almost 3 and 4 now. My sister LOVES it. I think, for infants, it was around $190 a week?
We'll be sending our LO to COA and it's about $950 a month. My SIL sends my 10 month old nephew to the Goddard in Hockessin. When I called for a quote, it was $1300 for full time infant care.
ETA: We looked at the Kindercare in Pike Creek and really didn't like it. It was one of the more expensive centers we looked at too.

Look down this page a bit further and we talked about all of this...I think it was a post about the Goddard school.
