We are moving into the area in March and looking for a daycare/preschool for my 3-year old and then a daycare for my 3 month old. Any advice of great daycares in the area?
San Diego is huge, it really depends on what area you're moving to. I would recommend calling the YMCA Childcare Resource Service; they give referrals for child care centers and licensed family child care homes. They also give a lot of information about choosing a quality childcare, average rates, etc etc. I used to be a consultant there.
It does depend on where you will be located. The Real Diaper Assoication has a directory of cloth diaper friendly daycares if that interests you. I have a San Marcos recommendation if you would like.
Good luck!
