Pack my hospital bag

so, for me i have assorted pajamas, something to wear home, some PJs for DH, lanolin, my brest friend and toiletries for the one shower I will likely take over the course of 3 days. For baby boy I have some clothes, some diaper cream (probably unnecessary but oh well), and maybe a pacifier. The carseat is installed. With Kiddo, we both stayed in hospital clothes for the first 48 hours and all i remember needing was the brest friend and some nipple soothers

You don't need a pacifier or diaper cream.  They have that stuff there.  And tons of it.  A blanket for baby.  Snacks. Nursing top, your own pjs.  And your pillow.

aha.  i do have blankets, but need a phone charger and snacks.  and the camera.  i'll probably use the iphones for videos instead of lugging along the camcorder.

I didn't use anything I packed, except my PJ's. I did listen to my IPOD and used my camera and phone.

I was glad I remembered a baseball cap with DS2.  I threw it on when we got an unexpected family visitor; DH took a picture and I actually looked ok.
