She qualified for EI

Owl had her EI eval today and she qualified! I was surprised that the eval, qualification decision, and IFSP were all done today. Now I wait for a call from the provider and we can start with our 2 hours a week!

Speech sounds like the main focus but I need to take a look at all the notes to recheck the goals.
