Intro

Hello ladies!

After lurking for a few weeks, I thought I would intro. DH (30) and I (32) have been ttc since May 2010. I have a son (11 years old)  from a previous relationship. DH and I thought that since I had a child it would be "easy" to have more children. Boy were we wrong! After 3 failed Clomid cycles we moved on to Femera + IUI with no luck. Since that didn't work we started injections with IUI. 7 failed IUI's and 1 miscarriage later and we have decided that IVF is our only logical next step.

Our IVF consult is scheduled for Dec 27th with the expectation to start bcp in Feb for a March IVF cycle. Part of me is very excited but the other part is super nervous. We have planned for #2 fresh IVF cycles and as many forzen cycles as it takes to use all of our frozen embryos (if any).

    Hi there!  I think I remember you from the knot.  Did you hang out on the E board at all?

     I'm sorry you have to be here, but it is a pretty great source of support.  GL at your consult!

    • FET #2 --July 2014  BFP!  ---  EDD  4/5/15

    Welcome!!

    Check out the Secondary IF board as well, there you will find people like us who have come into IF after having one or more children.  Both boards have been very helpful along my IVF journey. Smile

    Hello and welcome! You are absolutely right, moving on to IVF is both exciting and nerve wrecking! Fx you have much success on the first cycle!
