DD has her first cold :(

And I do not know what to do for her! She isn't running a fever, she just has this miserable little cough, all raggedy and damp. We're going to put the humidifier in her bedroom tonight and just hope she gets better soon. Poor gal.

Awwww, hope she gets better. I've been going through saline drops like mad this week...doing lots of booger removal. It's so sad seeing little ones sick. Glad she doesn't have a fever though!

Totally, and I work with kids... Having just gone back to work this week, I'm patiently waiting for some fantastic virus to welcome me back to the workplace :[

You could try the treatment for croup. Steam from a hot shower for 15 mins then 15 mins in front of an open freezer. It is suppose to open the air ways. It might help her get to sleep tonight if your having problems.

Ohhhh, I'm so sorry.  Hope she feels better soon!!!!  It's so hard on the LO's and hard on the mama's too!

Hope she's better soon! Have you tried elevating her mattress or letting her sleep in her swing? I've found that helps with the congestion; especially at night.
