Double Stroller question! Need help deciding!

Hey everyone!  I have 15 month old twins and I am looking to get a new double stroller.  I am between the In Step Safari Swivel Wheel double jogging stroller and the Schwinn Turismo double jogging stroller.  Anyone have any recommendations on which one to buy?  THANKS!
