new! family practice vs. ob

hello. I am new and we are expecting our first baby. I am wondering if anyone has advice on using an OB vs. Family practice with obstectrics to deliver?

    I've never heard of a family practice with obstetrics. I have an OB and will be using her when I get KU.  You could always meet with both sets of doctors and see which one you feel more comfortable with.

    Because of our previous losses we switched to an OB from our family practice. Best decision ever!
