IVF ladies i need advice

I met with RE yesterday. She wants me to do one or two more IUI first then IVF. I've done two IUI. DH has no issues. Our RE would do ICSI because I want to test the embies. At my age 38.5 I have likely quality issues. I want to pick the best embies. But it is starting to feel like too much interference. If we don't test I'm afraid we would maybe miss the healthiest ones. I'd love any advice.
