I love tacos!! My husband is doing Nutri System right now and I am a FTM so there is no one to feed but myself....so it gets to be whatever I want!! That is exciting for me LOL
I found this recipe on pinterest and I'm kind of addicted to it - as long as you are going to the grocery store you can pick up whatever you don't already have in the house to make it

Peanut butter and jelly, lol, I just had pasta for lunch and other than PB&J and cereal that's all that's left in the house until I get paid and grocery shop tomorrow.
I am so not complaining, though, PB&J is one of my favorites
We have our hospital tour tonight so I am sure it will be something out as my SO will only get home long enough to pick me up before we have to be there.

We love taco night - it's a weekly occurence for us these days. You could do taco soup?! I make mine on the stove top: 1 envelope ranch seasoning, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 1 can Rotel, 1 can black beans, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can corn, cooked ground beef (we use turkey), add water if needed to make thinner. Let simmer on stop for 20ish minutes.
Mmm that sounds good to me now...might make that instead of what I planned on.
Planned is Catalina Chicken (diced chicken tenders cooked on stove and mixed with catalina dressing, soy sauce and garlic - no recipe, I just eye it and taste), with brown rice and broccoli.

I'm using this recipe but replacing chicken with boiled turkey and spinach with Russian kale. Also, I added shredded Parmesan to the cream mixture at the very end before I mixed in the chicken and spinach last time I made this and it was basically alfredo sauce and it was great, so I'm doing that again this time.

With a spinach salad on the side. I might use ground beef or turkey though, because I don't think I am in the mood for chicken.

We had tacos last night, but I have no clue what we'll have tonight.
I do have some leftover potroast in the freezer and gravy I made, maybe we'll have that with some no yolk noodles...
