My husband and I are in the midst of our first home insemination with frozen donor sperm. Last night we did our first insemination, b/c I thought I had missed my surge. But what do you know...this morning, I got a positive result on the ClearBlue monitor. We have one more vial to use. Does anyone have a suggestion on doing the last insemination? Should we do one tonight or wait until tomorrow?? Any suggestions welcome!!
Re: LH Surge question....
My doctor did our insemination 36 hours after our trigger (forced surge). From what I have seen is anywhere from 24 to 36 hours.
Best of luck!

When I got a positive surge on Clear Blue my doc scheduled the IUI 24 hours later. It worked!
I was testing everytime I went pee to be sure I knew closer to when I actually started surging.
Good luck!
We also got a first morning urine positive, and we were using Clearblue Digital too, we inseminated 24 hours later with frozen donor sperm. This worked for us
Good luck!
Thank you for all of the responses. I think we will go ahead tonight. I had our tank shipped a little early, I was actually due to ovulate a few days ago, but it was late! Today is day 7, so the sperm bank says the vials may not stay frozen much longer. I'm hoping we will get lucky this cycle, but at the same time I'm not trying to get my hopes up!
