Cute lunch check-in

I know you've got some fun, seasonal lunches to share!

Starting tomorrow, I'll be doing a lunch for each of the 12 days of Christmas (yes I know it technically starts after Christmas) every day until DD goes on school break. Can't wait! Going to buy pears and Turtles today!

Hello Kitty! I know it's a pain to glue 12 chocolate sprinkles to the bread using a smidge of peanut butter on a toothpick when I've got a baby at my feet and dinner cooking. But it's all worth it because LOOK AT HER - so cute! Two mini ham & cheese HK sandwiches plus blueberries, carrots, Wheat Thins and a little container of chewies. Because the Hello Kitty box is small, I added a sidecar of strawberries.

Koalas! A while ago I bought some koala cookies and it's high time I got them out of my pantry! There are strawberries, blueberries and some puzzle PB/honey sandwiches in the top half. Below is a chunk of apple bread (with another cute pick!), carrot slices and a checkered apple plus two koala cookies.

Elephants - sort of! Hidden on the bottom of the large container is a big elephant tortilla sandwich, with everything else placed on top (in silicones to keep the sandwich dry). Then there's a Babybel cheese with elephant pick, a "flower" of clementines, container of yogurt raisins, carrots & celery, plus a sidecar of blackberries. Lame!

Rocket! I usually do animal themes, so this was a nice change of pace! Half  PB/honey sandwich with cheese topper and a little homemade pick. There's also some blueberry yogurt pretzels, Ritz crackers, clementine "sun" and a silicone of blueberries. Super fast but it also looks nice. I always peel DD's clementines because her lunch period is so short, I want her to spend her time eating.

And finally, today's sailboat lunch. Clementine wedges for the sun, a silicone of blueberries topped with a PB/honey sandwich. We didn't have any white cheese for the sails, so she got a really tasty Irish cheese - normally the children or dogs eat the scraps, but there were all mine lol! On the bottom is a box of raisin "bait" and some Goldfish, plus a few yogurt pretzels in the very shallow top layer of the box (intended for chopsticks).

Have a great week and POST YOUR LUNCH PICS HERE!
