Hi Ladies- What books should I be reading?

Hello Ladies,

I looked through the last two pages of posts and the FAQs but didn't see any recommendations/lists so I'm sorry if this has already been asked a million times. We had our u/s at the RE today and it showed two very strong heartbeats!

Now that the shock is wearing off I want to start doing my homework and I've always been one to read up on stuff. I was hoping to get your expertise on what you have found to be the most valuable Twins/MoM books, blogs and websites.

  • Like PP said... Dr. Luke's book was the best resource for me, esp. if you feel empowered by having a lot of information/knowledge.  I just wish I had read it sooner since a lot of things in there would've been helpful but I didn't buy/read it until ~ 18 weeks.

  • Congratulations!
Dr. Luke's book was very helpful for me too. I also liked Mothering Multiples: Breastfeeding and Caring for Twins and More, and when the babies were here, Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child and Happiest Baby on the Block were both very helpful.

  • Dr. Luke's book was specifically recommended by my MFM and it sits on a shelf in her office. A friend gave me the Mothering Multiples book and I'm asking for Happiest Baby on the Block on my registry...it got huge ratings on Amazon.com.
